Taxi's are fairly cheap and a good bet for foreigners who don't know the public transportation's routes or schedules. That said, the city busses are fairly simple some 40 routesand as there are not very many of them, fairly easy to use. City flat fare routes 1-19 is ARP 2 by Nov 2010, it is higher in the metropolitan area routes 100-141.
